Richard and I both love to go wandering into the wilds of Wales to find castles to explore...
Most of the castles are in the care of CADW: Welsh Historic Monuments. They range from lumps of rock, which were apparently castles once, to ones which look almost habitable.
For the moment a list of the places we've been to will have to suffice, but soon I hope to add some pictures to illustrate some of these amazing places...

- Castell Dolwyddelan (Dolwyddelan Castle)
- Castell Rhuddlan (Rhuddlan Castle)
- Castell a Muriau Tref Dinbych (Denbigh Castle and town walls)
South Wales
